Job summary

Filo EdTech INC. in the United States seeks a Program Lead – Government Partnerships to drive state and district level engagements, manage senior government stakeholders, and expand the programme with MoUs and formal approvals.

You will coordinate with State PMU, implementation, and operations teams to align commitments with execution, ensuring sustainable programme growth and impact in education policy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Management or Education.
• 5–7 years of experience in government partnerships or public policy.
• Experience working with senior government officials and state/district stakeholders.
• Proven ability to convert government relationships into formal partnerships, MoUs or rollouts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (and Hindi is a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively to engage government entities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and convert government partnership opportunities into formal engagements and district rollouts.
• Manage relationships with state education departments, district administrations, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive programme expansion and long-term partnership growth.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen government adoption and continuity.
• Lead partnership discussions, MoUs, and approvals; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate with State PMU and MEL teams to align commitments with execution.
• Track progress and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Represent Filo in government review meetings and official forums.
