Job summary

CAN Health is seeking a Deployment Lead for the Public Sector in Washington, D.C. You will own the full implementation lifecycle for government health agencies and public payer partners, from contract through go-live and steady-state operations.

Lead cross-functional teams, build scalable playbooks, and serve as the primary contact for senior government stakeholders while coordinating with CAN engineering, clinical, and product groups to meet commitments on time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of implementation or programme management experience.
• At least 3 years in government, public health, or enterprise healthcare technology.
• Experience delivering complex software deployments in regulated or public-sector environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management in politically sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with formal methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and pragmatic adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of CareOS for government health agencies and public payer partners.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication cadences.
• Coordinate between CAN engineering, clinical, and product teams to ensure customer commitments are met on time.
• Develop reusable implementation playbooks and onboarding materials that scale across new public-sector engagements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior government stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
