Empower LLC in the United States seeks a Lead Consultant for CDH Implementation. This remote nationwide role leads complex consumer-directed health deployments for major employer clients, translating design goals into scalable configurations and guiding cross-functional teams through launch and transition to ongoing service.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in CDH, comprehensive plan design knowledge, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Consumer-Directed Health (CDH) implementations and plan design.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable implementation strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex CDH implementations for large employer clients, ensuring delivery and risk management.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients, brokers, and partners on CDH design and requirements.
• Coordinate multi-workstream delivery and ensure readiness, testing, launch, and transition to support.
• Provide guidance on CDH solutions and implementation best practices across teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency.
