Job summary

Civic Roundtable is seeking a Deployments Lead to own high-value government accounts, guiding multi-stakeholder deployments from kickoff to renewal. You’ll partner with emergency managers, election officials, and other public leaders to drive measurable value and ensure successful platform adoption.

The role is fully remote with travel to client sites as needed; preference for candidates on the West Coast, especially Oregon or the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, deployments, or similar roles.
• Experience owning a portfolio of high-value accounts with renewals.
• Proven ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with software configurations and technical topics like SSO and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts including renewals and at-risk customers.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and agency leadership; deliver strategic presentations.
• Lead deployments through discovery, configuration, launch and renewal; draft deployment playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to expand contracts and drive growth across departments.
• Own quarterly team goals and contribute to deployments strategy and training.
