Job summary

Civic Roundtable, an AI-powered government operations platform, is seeking a Deployments Lead to shepherd large, multi-stakeholder deployments from kickoff to renewal. You will build trusted relationships with agency executives and lead strategic initiatives that drive measurable value for public sector customers.

The role is fully remote with up to 20% travel, preference for candidates on the West Coast. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, design scalable processes, and advocate relentlessly for

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in customer success, deployments, implementation, or related field.
• Track record owning a portfolio of high-value accounts with renewals.
• Experience building relationships with and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical aptitude with software configuration, SSO, integrations, and data requests.
• Problem-solving with critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Bonus: experience in government, civic tech, or mission-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership: manage a portfolio of large enterprise customer accounts and renewals.
• Executive relationship management: build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and agency leadership.
• Complex deployments: guide discovery, configuration, and launch on ambiguous projects; draft deployment playbooks.
• Expansion & growth: identify opportunities to grow contract size and expand to additional departments.
• Deployments strategy: own quarterly team goals and influence deployment direction.
• Training strategy: design training plans for large projects and diverse audiences.
• Advanced support: act as escalation point for complex issues and understand SSO and integrations.
