Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Manager of Proposals in the United States. You will lead end-to-end proposals for municipal and government clients, translating complex content into clear, persuasive responses.

Expect close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, SMEs and leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions. You will drive proposal strategy, maintain win/loss insights, and train Sales teams on processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs in gov/public sector.
• Clear, persuasive content writing with tight deadlines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of customized responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs from municipal and government agency clients.
• Write, edit, proofread and refine proposal content for clarity, persuasiveness, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop technical, management, and program content.
• Partner with Marketing to refine content and develop reusable materials.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals through full lifecycle with strong project management and QA.
• Establish target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approvals, and final submission.
• Monitor proposal workflows in Monday.com and ensure compliance with bid processes.
• Serve as final quality checkpoint for accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop win strategies reflected in submissions.
• Maintain competitive win/loss information to strengthen future strategy.
• Train Sales teams on proposal processes and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal workflows and lead efficiency initiatives.
• Support special projects to improve departmental efficiency.
