Gainor Staffing is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead the development of persuasive proposals and pursuit strategies for finance-related practice areas. You will collaborate with attorneys, marketing and business teams to create compelling submissions that showcase capabilities and experience.

You will manage RFPs, RFIs, and submission logistics, coach the proposal team, and drive high-quality, client-focused content to demonstrate the firm's strengths and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience creating proposals, pitch materials, RFP responses in a professional services environment.
• Clear, client-focused writing that translates complex information into persuasive messaging.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customized proposals, presentations, and competitive pursuit materials for finance-related practice areas.
• Partner with attorneys, marketing professionals, and business teams to create compelling submissions that showcase capabilities and experience.
• Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and procurement-driven opportunities, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Coordinate timelines, content development, stakeholder input, and submission logistics to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and workflow oversight to proposal team members while promoting best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance content resources, and support strategic business development initiatives.
