RailPros in the United States is seeking a Proposal Manager to steer the response process in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will lead capture plans with business development teams, assess RFQs, and craft high-quality proposals and presentations across multiple pursuits.

Youll collaborate with project managers and graphics teams to ensure accurate, persuasive content, maintain a library of qualification statements, and mentor colleagues while meeting tight schedules and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience reading and responding to RFPs or RFQs.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit strategy sessions with business development teams to develop capture plans and winning strategies.
• Analyze RFQ/Ps upon release and prepare written assessments outlining requirements for successful responses.
• Develop high quality, persuasive proposals and presentations for multiple concurrent pursuits.
• Coordinate messages with graphics teams to deliver impactful visuals.
• Partner with project managers to prepare technical sections and edit for accuracy.
• Build, update, and maintain a library of qualification statements, resumes, and qualifications.
• Mentor peers and design and deliver training for best practices.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of proposals and project sheets to maintain excellence.
