Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead the development and submittal of proposals for government and commercial opportunities. You will manage authors across technical and business teams, edit for clarity, and ensure compliance with customer instructions.

You’ll craft executive summaries, develop graphics, and drive proposals from requirements through award. Strong editing, writing, and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of publishing/editing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proposal development skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex customer requirements and draft proposals.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and outlines.
• Coordinate authors across teams and enforce deadlines.
• Draft, edit, and rewrite technical and nontechnical text.
• Develop persuasive executive summaries and supporting graphics.
