You will lead cross-functional teams, develop proposal plans, ensure quality and timely delivery, and manage timelines from kickoff to submission, while coordinating with engineering, finance, and legal.

Travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, management, or business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated success leading proposals with values greater than $100 million.
• Technical writing expertise to translate complex information into clear, persuasive language.
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proposal plans, including analyzing RFPs and building compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with BD leadership to craft winning proposal strategies and messaging.
• Write compliant, high-quality proposals addressing RFP requirements.
• Lead proposal volumes, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to refine proposal content (engineering, finance, legal).
• Create and manage proposal templates and visuals; conduct QA for grammar and formatting.
• Oversee final production and on-time submission; document lessons learned.
