Job summary

SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is seeking a Proposal Specialist to manage the preparation and submission of proposals for competitive business opportunities, including launch and Starlink services. In this role, you will ensure proposals are compelling and clear, coordinating with technical and business teams throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in publishing and/or editing, and a degree in a relevant field. The position requires onsite presence, with a salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience publishing and/or editing documents.
• Demonstrated leadership, influence, and collaboration skills.
• Experience writing captions or headlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal schedules and drafts.
• Develop compelling executive summaries and proposal text.
• Coordinate with technical staff to gather necessary information.
