Job summary

ADP is hiring a Proposal Consultant within its Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. This role will support sales and internal teams to develop high-quality proposal responses that are responsive, accurate, concise, and strategic.

They will lead complex sales projects and build strong internal relationships to meet deadlines. The position offers flexible location (NJ, Allentown, Orlando, Louisville) and hybrid work, with base compensation and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in technical, proposal or business writing.
• Prior experience supporting proposals or providing sales support.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial drafts of RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) responses using the designated software (Responsive).
• Take project management approach to each unique response, to track changes and delays, and ensure all stakeholders are involved throughout the process.
• Manage version control, generating additional or revised drafts of RFx responses by merging information delivered by Product, Operations and Sales.
• Develop customized executive summaries and cover letters to align with sales messaging.
• Provide final edit by reviewing completed document to ensure consistency and accuracy in tone/voice of response.
• Develop/maintain good working knowledge of current service capabilities and future direction.
• Form effective business relationships with a variety of internal clients.
