Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to ensure the efficiency, quality, consistency, and timeliness of all proposals and marketing materials.

Local to Pittsburgh is preferred, with responsibilities spanning coordination, analysis, and reporting across multiple teams. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Business Development team to grasp client needs, coordinate end-to-end proposal development, and produce compelling responses under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, English, or related field.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and writing proposals.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and work in a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on the development of winning responses to solicitations and other business opportunities; gather, analyze, and report market intelligence.
• Review and summarize large, complex solicitation documents, contracts, and reports.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of opportunities to support the Proposal Development & Market Analysis Specialists and senior management.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand prospective customer needs.
• Manage the proposal development process and timelines.
• Support the proposal process end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze market data to aid strategic decisions and product development.
• Create and edit written materials (white papers, press releases, etc.).
