Qualifications

• Transform technical content into clear, compelling proposal narratives.
• Research clients, competitors, market trends to support pursuit strategy.
• Manage internal pursuit schedules and tracking systems.
• Produce SOQs and proposals with writing, editing, layout, graphics.
• Ensure pursuit messaging reflects win themes established by the sales team.
• Review RFQ/RFP criteria for compliance and flag gaps early.
• Gather content from project teams and executives for accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge management system for content retrieval.
• Maintain reusable marketing content to support future pursuits.
• Elevate technical information into visually engaging layouts.
