Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Proposal & Contract Specialist II within the Banking Proposals team to develop pricing and configuration documents for clients and prospects.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and contracts. This hybrid role requires occasional weekly office presence and monthly onsite meetings; remote work is possible otherwise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or experience with banking contracts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compliant, and customer-focused proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners to support successful deal execution.
• Apply pricing, product configuration, contracting, and clause library expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Expertly navigate Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and Microsoft Office tools to create professional proposals and contract documents.
• Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to pricing, products, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Process signed agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
