Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Proposal & Contract Specialist II to join the Banking Proposals team. You will develop pricing/configuration documents and work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive successful deals.

The role blends independent work with collaboration, and involves occasional travel up to 5%. The position is hybrid, with about one onsite visit per week and monthly in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or banking contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for meetings, trainings, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compliant proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other partners to support deal execution.
• Apply pricing, product configuration, contracting, and clause library expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Navigate Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and Microsoft Office to create professional proposals and contracts.
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to pricing, products, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Process signed agreements and ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Develop expertise in company products, services, pricing models, and processes to support opportunities.
• Exercise sound judgement in grey areas and align with JHA's business principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer/sales experience.
