Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Proposal & Contract Specialist II to support Banking Proposal and Contract activities. The role partners with Sales and Finance to craft accurate, compliant proposals and to navigate pricing, configuration, and contracts throughout the sales cycle.

Hybrid position requiring occasional onsite attendance; travel up to 5% for meetings and conferences. You will gain deep product and pricing knowledge, supporting both new and existing opportunities within

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or experience with banking contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compliant, and customer-focused proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners to support successful deal execution.
• Apply pricing, product configuration, contracting, and clause library expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Expertly navigate Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and Microsoft Office tools to create professional proposals and contract documents.
• Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to pricing, products, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Process signed agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Develop expertise in company products, services, pricing models, and business processes to support both new and existing business opportunities.
• Works in the grey areas by exercising sound judgment and applying a strong understanding of JHA's business principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer and sales experience.
• Provide backup support across team functions as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
