Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Proposal & Contract Specialist II to support the Banking Proposals team. You will develop pricing and configuration documents and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate, compliant proposals for clients and prospects.

This hybrid role requires occasional office presence and remote work. You will use Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and MS Office to produce professional documents, manage multiple opportunities, and help drive deal

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or banking contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 5% to attend meetings and events.
• Salesforce and Conga/QTC experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compliant, and customer-focused proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners to support successful deal execution.
• Apply pricing, product configuration, contracting, and clause library expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Expertly navigate Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and Microsoft Office tools to create professional proposals and contract documents.
• Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to pricing, products, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Process signed agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Develop expertise in company products, services, pricing models, and business processes to support opportunities.
