Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Proposal & Contract Specialist II for its Banking Proposal and Contract team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence about once a week and one Wednesday per month for onsite meetings, with remote work the rest of the time.

Candidates should reside within roughly 70 miles of multiple U.S. office locations including Cedar Falls, IA. You will support deal execution and pricing across sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or experience with banking contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compliant, and customer-focused proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners to support successful deal execution.
• Apply pricing, product configuration, contracting, and clause library expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Expertly navigate Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and Microsoft Office tools to create professional proposals and contract documents.
• Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to pricing, products, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Process signed agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Develop expertise in company products, services, pricing models, and business processes to support both new and existing business opportunities.
• Works in the grey areas by exercising sound judgment and applying a strong understanding of JHA's business principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer and sales experience.
• Provide backup support across team functions as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
