Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or experience with banking contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 5% to attend meetings and conferences.
• Salesforce and Conga/QTC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compliant proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners to support deal execution.
• Apply pricing, product configuration, contracting, and clause library expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Navigate Salesforce, Conga/QTC, and Microsoft Office to create professional documents.
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to pricing, products, contracts, and customer agreements.
• Process signed agreements and ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Develop expertise in company products, pricing models, and processes to support opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer and sales experience.
