Job summary

The Advanced Manufacturing Company of America is seeking an Industry Solutions Analyst in El Segundo to translate dense technical or financial subjects into clear proposals, decks, and briefing materials for government, investors, customers, and internal teams.

You will own government proposal development end-to-end, coordinate inputs from engineering, program management, and finance, and craft memos, briefs, and slides that stand up to scrutiny under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a proposal, consulting, corporate strategy, engineering, or executive-support role producing customer- or investor-facing material.
• Strong writing and critical thinking; ability to shift between formal government submissions and plain-language explainers.
• Ability to translate engineering and financial details for non-specialist audiences.
• Proficiency in designing slides and producing finished decks, not templated.
• Organized and deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own government proposal development end to end: read RFPS/RFIs, build compliant responses, coordinate inputs from engineering, program management, and finance.
• Build and refine presentation material for government, customers, investors, and internal teams.
• Draft executive material: memos, briefs, updates tailored to audience; internal educational content; narratives and briefing documents.
