Job summary

Little is seeking a Proposal/Business Development Specialist to join our Marketing & Business Development Team. Location is flexible among Little offices; Charlotte, NC and other open offices.

You will drive proposal strategy, coordinate design, production and delivery of responses while aligning with our brand and client needs. Responsibilities include InDesign layout, production scheduling, proofreading, CRM data management, BD research and post‑proposal debriefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or demonstrated equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience; A/E/C industry experience preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm leadership.
• Highly organized, dependable, detail oriented, and thorough.
• Proficient in InDesign; graphic design experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; editing/proofreading skills.
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends to meet deadlines.
• Strong business sense, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document Layout/ Graphic Design (in InDesign)
• Production schedule and management, including coordination of internal reviews
• Proofing and overall quality control
• Final production / printing / delivery / delivery tracking
• Post-proposal debrief / follow up (internal and external)
• Documentation of findings (lessons learned, best practices, reasons for not making short list, trends, etc.)
• CRM data management
• BD & Market Research
