Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal development, RFP management, business development, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-department contributions to complex proposals.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from start to submission.
• Coordinate timelines, compliance matrices, and content outlines.
• Write and edit proposals, executive summaries, and supporting narratives.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and professional presentation of proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and leadership.
