Job summary

You will lead the proposal and RFP process from kickoff through submission, analyze requirements, ensure compliance, and craft compelling written material. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative to move projects forward.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Experience in food service, K-12, hospitality, or contract services is a plus.
