Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative to move projects forward.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Experience in food service, K-12, hospitality, or contract services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal and RFP process from kickoff through final submission.
• Analyze RFP requirements, ensure compliance, and develop winning response strategies.
• Write compelling proposals, executive summaries, implementation plans, and presentations.
• Coordinate schedules, reviews, and deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to develop customized client solutions.
• Support business development efforts, sales presentations, and finalist interviews.
• Research prospective clients and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, and materials.
