Job summary

Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations worldwide manage their fleet operations. We are seeking an RFx Coordinator to draft and edit RFI/RFP responses and security questionnaires, using AI drafting tools to accelerate submissions.

In this role you will coordinate with subject matter experts and Sales to ensure timely submissions, track response outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience managing RFx responses.
• Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional input under deadline.
