Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Proposal Marketing Manager to craft compliant, compelling RFP responses and non-RFP materials. You will coordinate with BDDs and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality proposals that reflect our brand and capabilities.

You’ll manage multiple projects, leverage templates and content repositories, and elevate proposal design using Adobe Creative Suite within a hybrid Houston-based office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, General Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in proposal development, marketing, or business development support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Tech savvy and able to learn Adobe Creative Suite quickly. Bonus, experience with proposal software such as Loopio, Responsive, or similar.
• Proven ability to collaborate across decentralized, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDDs to develop clear, concise, and compliant RFP responses tailored to client needs.
• Lead the development of non-RFP proposal materials, leveraging templates, existing content, and repository resources.
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards in grammar, punctuation, readability, and tone.
• Suggest new approaches and enhancements to improve proposal storytelling, structure, and effectiveness.
• Use Adobe InDesign to create visually engaging proposal documents within standardized brand templates.
• Ensure proposals maintain brand consistency in graphics, layout, typography, and design elements.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of proposal assets.
