Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex proposals and presentations for North American projects. You will drive the process from capture planning through compliant, compelling responses to RFPs/RFQs, client interviews and presentations, tailoring messaging to win themes and differentiators.

You will guide, train, and assist teams in effective proposal writing, coordination, and preparation of presentations, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience developing strategic submissions in the AEC industry.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate others and foster collaboration.
• Excellent time and project management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal strategy and development of creative, targeted proposals across practices.
• Coordinate capture planning and develop win strategies and client-focused value propositions.
• Facilitate coordination with technical staff to meet proposal requirements and ensure compliance.
• Highlight differentiators and value propositions throughout the proposal and presentations.
• Lead proposal meetings, reviews, and related activities and supervise team members.
