Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Proposal Marketing Manager in Houston to drive growth by crafting compelling, compliant RFP responses and various proposal materials. You will collaborate with BDDs and cross-functional partners to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality deliverables.

You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate diverse contributors, and help elevate our proposal storytelling and design using InDesign and other tools. Hybrid work arrangement based in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, General Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of proposal development, marketing, or business development support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with keen eye for detail.
• Strong project coordination with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; bonus for Loopio/Responsive or similar.
• Experience collaborating across decentralized, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDDs to develop clear, compliant RFP responses tailored to client needs.
• Lead development of non-RFP proposal materials using templates and existing content.
• Manage multiple proposal projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity and brand alignment.
• Ensure high quality grammar, punctuation, readability, and tone.
• Suggest improvements to storytelling, structure, and effectiveness.
• Use Adobe InDesign to create visually engaging documents within brand templates.
• Maintain brand consistency in graphics, layout, typography, and design elements.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional teams and communicate progress throughout lifecycle.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and template enhancements.
