Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in government contracting, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience developing proposals for federal, state, or local government solicitations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively under deadline pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Word (styles, formatting, templates), Excel trackers, and PowerPoint graphics.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro for document production.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of proposals for federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Draft, edit, and refine executive summaries, technical narratives, management approaches, staffing plans, and past performance sections.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, persuasive proposal language for evaluators.
• Ensure proposal content addresses solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Produce submission-ready deliverables that are well-organized and error-free.
• Develop and manage detailed proposal schedules from kickoff through final delivery.
