AttainX, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a dynamic Proposal Manager to support the delivery of winning proposals for federal government opportunities.

This role collaborates with SMEs and leads proposal content development to meet demanding deadlines and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include creating timelines, assigning tasks, coordinating with the capture and lead proposal managers, preparing supporting documents, and conducting color team reviews to ensure responsive and compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in government contract proposal development.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Leadership to engage and motivate engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the proposal process for commercial and U.S. government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
• Collaborate with SMEs to write and edit proposal sections.
• Create proposal timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate daily proposal management activities with Capture Lead.
• Prepare and organize proposal development documentation (outlines, plans, templates).
• Develop compliance matrices and drive color-team reviews.
• Monitor government communications and update requirements accordingly.
• Edit copy to support content providers as needed.
