Job summary

Boiler Tube of America is seeking a Proposal Manager at its manufacturing site in Lyman, SC. The role leads cross-functional proposal efforts to support booking and margin objectives and ensures compliance with customer specs and delivery requirements.

You will collaborate with sales, manufacturing representatives and management to determine pricing strategies, obtain data from procurement, quality, and legal teams, and conduct internal reviews to align proposals with monetary thresholds.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
• Experience in the Power Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts to support booking and margin objectives.
• Analyze market environment to determine pricing strategy for products.
• Review customer technical specifications for compliance with contract and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality and legal teams to gather data ensuring timely delivery and pricing accuracy.
