Accenture is seeking Proposal Management professionals at various levels to support the development of high-quality, compliant sales proposals. You will work with sales teams, SMEs, graphic designers, and writers across the proposal lifecycle, coordinating content, timelines, and deliverables.

Senior roles may lead day-to-day management, define strategy and win themes, and oversee pre-RFx activities, RFx responses, and client presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in proposal management, bid management, pre-sales or sales support.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, activities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively within time-sensitive sales environments.

Aufgaben

• Support medium-to-large sales opportunities throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Review RFx requirements and create compliant response outlines.
• Coordinate proposal timelines, milestones, reviews, production and delivery activities.
• Facilitate collaboration among sales teams, subject matter experts and proposal contributors.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars and proposal-related activities.
• Track requirements, deliverables and team progress.
• Research and source relevant content with SMEs and content teams.
• Work with Graphic Designers to develop proposal templates and ensure final responses are formatted.
• Help ensure proposal content addresses client requirements and win themes.
• Support the development and production of RFx responses and pursuit materials.
• Facilitate digital collaboration and content development during the proposal process.
• Lead day-to-day proposal management for more senior roles.
• Develop proposal strategy, storyboards and win themes with sales leadership.
• Oversee deliverables for pre-RFx activities, RFx responses, oral presentations, BAFOs.
• Participate in strategy sessions to define response approach and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams.
