Job summary

ABM is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the Deal Desk, handling planning, development, and delivery of bids and RFP responses. You will coordinate with subject matter experts and executives to craft compelling proposals and win strategies for diverse clients.

The role involves managing multiple projects, leading meetings, and ensuring content quality and timely delivery in line with ABM's brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, executables and deliver bids, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Research, write, and assemble client proposals aligned with RFP requirements and brand guidelines.
• Lead strategy/planning meetings and manage project deliverables to meet client deadlines.
• Develop value propositions; tailor messaging with SMEs and executives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify winning bid strategies and target audiences.
• Provide content rewrites and updates to the proposal library and tools.
• Lead special projects beyond proposals and share new tools with internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
