Job summary

KBR is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational aspects of proposal development for federal, state, and local opportunities. You will collaborate with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and Production teams to ensure compliance, proper formatting, and timely submission.

The role requires 5–8+ years in government contracting proposal coordination, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience with tools like SharePoint, Deltek, GovWin, and award systems.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in proposal coordination, editing, or production within government contracting.
• Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements.
• Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, Awarded AI, Deltek, GovWin, VisibleThread, and related systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and support large, multi-disciplinary proposal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal coordination activities across RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to ensure compliance.
• Manage schedules, color-team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), and submission deadlines.
• Ensure formatting, branding, and template compliance; collaborate with graphics and production teams.
• Oversee production and submission of electronic proposal packets, including SAM.gov portals.
• Maintain organized digital repositories and version-controlled documents.
