Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Content Developer and Proposal Writer to remotely support strategic government proposals, including GSA/FEDSIM. The role combines strategic writing with project coordination, ensuring compliant, persuasive content across multiple proposals and artifacts.

The candidate will collaborate with Capture and Solutioning teams, manage schedules, and drive win themes while maintaining communication with stakeholders across projects. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field plus 10+ years of experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with ability to produce compliant content.
• Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit management from opportunity identification through award.
• Collaborate with Capture and Solutioning teams to translate client needs into proposal content.
• Develop clear, compliant proposals with win strategies and discriminators.
• Write and prepare pursuit artifacts including white papers, presentations, and collateral.
• Lead elements of proposal development to ensure cohesive, persuasive responses.
• Ensure consistency of strategies across sections and volumes.
• Coordinate with graphics teams to produce high-quality visuals.
• Engage with leadership for direction and archival of content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
