Job summary

Dynamic Group, a national general contractor, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to oversee the preparation, organization, and timely submission of proposals for federal, state, and local government opportunities, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and professional formatting.

In this role you will lead the proposal lifecycle, interview technical staff, manage content and templates, handle production logistics, and coordinate marketing collateral to support win strategies and company

• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe CC, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of the proposal lifecycle.
• Analyze bid documents (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) to identify requirements and submission instructions.
• Write, edit, and format proposal content, including technical narratives, project descriptions, team qualifications, and resumes.
• Interview technical staff and subject matter experts to gather information and craft content.
• Track solicitation amendments and incorporate changes into the proposal response as needed.
• Ensure compliant and win-oriented proposal structures and final QA before submission.
• Oversee production logistics and pre-bid activities as needed.
