KBR, Inc is seeking a highly organized Senior Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for high-value government bids. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content, ensure compliance, and drive timely submissions that meet client requirements.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and delivering competitive, compelling proposals in a fast-paced environment. A strong track record with Shipley processes and APMP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of direct proposal management experience on complex Government bids of $100M+, 3 of which in management.
• Demonstrated ability delivering compliant, winning proposals aligned with capture direction.
• Experience with Shipley or similar proposal process; APMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from RFP analysis to submission.
• Coordinate with SMEs, writers and contributors to gather content for proposals.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules to meet deadlines.
• Write, edit and review proposal content for clarity and compliance.
• Quality review to ensure high-quality, compliant proposals.
