KBR is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational aspects of proposal development for federal, state, and local opportunities. You will collaborate with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and Production teams to ensure compliance, proper formatting, and timely submission.
The role requires 5–8+ years in government contracting proposal coordination, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience with tools like SharePoint, Deltek, GovWin, and award systems.

The Proposal Coordinator leads the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for federal, state, and local government opportunities. They work closely with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and Proposal Production Team to ensure all proposal components are compliant with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, formatted correctly, and submitted on time.
$86,000-$128,900. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
