Job summary

Lincoln is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager for our Southlake, TX portfolio. You will oversee operational tasks, budgeting, lease administration, and reporting, coordinating tenant moves and vendor services to drive asset value.

The role requires in-office work during standard hours with emphasis on leadership, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms; forecast outcomes; prepare budgets and ROIs.
• Strong organizational skills to deliver timely results and influence productivity.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Fundamental leadership experience or strong collaborative contributions within a high-functioning team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of all assigned operational tasks and ensure service quality.
• Review and approve invoices; oversee accounts payable.
• Direct preparation and delivery of monthly reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration coordination and reporting.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and ensure tour-ready spaces.
• Lead sourcing and procurement to optimize operations and vendor performance.
• Manage monthly property and facility inspections and maintenance.
• Plan emergency response and drills; ensure readiness.
• Lead team daily and long-term activities; mentor staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
