Lincoln Property Company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operational functions for a portfolio of commercial properties. You will plan, execute, and budget activities, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with LPC policies and client requirements.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, monthly reporting, and seamless lease administration, with 100% in-office work during standard hours. Experience in office, retail, or industrial properties is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, forecasting, budgets, and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of all operational functions and ensure service quality meets standards.
• Review and approve invoices; manage accounts payable per agreements and policies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports per client/company requirements.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Coordinate lease administration and reporting.
• Lead tenant move-ins/outs and maintain tour-ready spaces.
• Direct sourcing and procurement to optimize operations and vendor performance.
• Monitor property inspections and maintenance; approve alterations as needed.
• Document emergency plans and conduct drills as required.
• Lead and mentor the team; manage staffing and performance evaluations.
