Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities to meet client and company requirements.

The role requires managing teams, budgets, lease administration, and vendor relations, with a focus on maximizing asset performance and tenant satisfaction in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience in commercial property management.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgets, and long-term capital plans; ability to forecast and prepare variance reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and long-term activities of the property management team; assign tasks and track deadlines.
• Coordinate lease administration with the lease administrator; review setups and reporting for final approval.
• Direct preparation of monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets; manage CAM/Rent recovery.
• Oversee vendor payments, contract compliance, and value-driven procurement.
• Ensure tenant move-ins/outs, inspect spaces, and maintain tour-ready conditions.
