Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely rent collection and reporting.
• Approves invoices and manages relationships with vendors and clients.
• Controls expenditures and manages petty cash within budget constraints.
• Oversees lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and notices as per lease terms.
• Gathers market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and ensures timely response to service requests and maintenance standards.
• Supervises staff, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
