Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or real estate.
• 4-6 years of property management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis for the property.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and prepare financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Enforce leases, conduct inspections, and ensure safety standards.
• Lead and develop on-site staff and coordinate with owners.
