Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead the on-site team, drive budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will manage leasing, revenue, vendor relations, and resident satisfaction while coordinating with ownership and corporate teams to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, or as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection of rent and fees, and prepares monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices, manages vendor communication, and ensures certificates of insurance are valid.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, application approvals, renewals, inspections, and notices.
