5812 Investment Group in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community and ensure financial and operational objectives are met for the property owner. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and may require evening/weekend hours.

Responsibilities include managing administrative operations, resident records, collections, vendor relations, payroll, and staff supervision. Strong leadership and crisis management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in multi-family property management with supervision experience preferred.
• Strong initiative and leadership potential.
• Crisis management skills – ability to make quick, sound decisions in tense situations.
• Good planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee property administrative operations (A/P, evictions, collections, billing, data management and month-end close).
• Ensure resident records and rents are updated daily; issue notices as required.
• Monitor delinquency procedures and compliance with local laws.
• Oversee vendor relations, contracts, scheduling, billing, and insurance compliance.
• Process invoices and utility bills; manage office inventory.
• Staff management: supervise, train, develop, mentor staff; schedule and evaluate performance.
• Administrative/Office: handle complaints, enforce leases, generate reports, assist move-ins.
• Customer Service: maintain high resident satisfaction and respond to service requests.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
