Job summary

LINK is seeking a Performance Manager for its multi-family properties in Columbus. This role directs the Performance Management, Sales and Service teams, ensuring budgets, leasing, and resident services align with company standards.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff while maintaining successful client and vendor relationships, reporting on performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across communities.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related property management experience with multi-family/residential property.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Understanding of Fair Housing, safety policies, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop Performance Management, Sales and Service teams across assigned communities.
• Develop and manage property operating budgets and ensure cost control.
• Oversee leasing, renewal activities, and rent collection.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients/vendors; ensure timely reporting.
