Job summary

Jobot seeks a Permanent Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of single-family homes and apartment communities in Pennsylvania. You will drive occupancy, property condition, and financial performance while coordinating leasing, maintenance, vendors, and related activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in property management (prefer construction).
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and facilities management.
• Strong customer service and tenant relations skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring maintenance and compliance.
• Negotiate and manage vendor/contract terms.
• Develop budgeting, maintenance planning, and tenant relations strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs; ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with construction managers, architects, and engineers.
• Stay current with industry trends to inform planning and decision-making.
