Senior Property Manager | Multifamily Portfolio | Delaware County, PA

Are you a seasoned Property Manager who thrives on accountability, operational excellence, and developing high‑performing teams? We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of four well‑maintained apartment communities totaling approximately 200 units in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. With all properties located within about a mile of one another, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across a closely connected portfolio while serving as a leader and mentor within a growing organization.

This is more than a traditional property management position—it's a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, drives performance, and knows how to keep both people and operations moving forward.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll oversee all day‑to‑day operations across the portfolio, leading a team that includes an Assistant Property Manager, Service Manager, and four Maintenance Technicians. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maximizing occupancy, and creating a culture of accountability across every aspect of the business.

A key focus of this role is unit turn management. We’re looking for someone who owns the turn schedule from start to finish—keeping projects on track, partnering closely with the Service Manager, and ensuring vacant apartments are completed quickly and efficiently so they don’t sit idle.

In addition to leading your own portfolio, you’ll serve as a trusted mentor to newer Property Managers throughout the organization, sharing best practices, coaching future leaders, and helping elevate overall operational performance.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience managing 200+ multifamily units across one or multiple communities.
• Leads with confidence, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excels at managing maintenance teams and holding staff accountable to deadlines and expectations.
• Has a proven track record of successfully managing unit turns and minimizing vacancy loss.
• Is comfortable managing both up and down—communicating effectively with ownership while leading onsite teams.
• Enjoys mentoring and coaching less experienced Property Managers and serving as a resource for operational best practices.
• Brings strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple communities without sacrificing attention to detail.
