The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, strong vendor negotiation, budgeting, and leadership skills, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience negotiating contracts, managing facilities, maintenance, and strategic planning.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build tenant relationships.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties to maintain upkeep, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
• Develop and implement strategic property management plans including budgeting and tenant relations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
• Provide exceptional tenant service and address issues promptly, maintaining high occupancy.
